It’s almost time for everyone’s favorite holiday in which we all get off the couch, take a shower, get fancy, walk into the dining room, eat a big meal, and then get back in our pajamas. What’s not to love about that?
Thanksgiving Plans
Ever since I was little, my family has made the big trek up to Massachusetts for Thanksgiving. My Dad’s two sisters and their families live there. It was, and still is, so exciting as we pack up everything in the car and make our pilgrimage to New England. And I love seeing my awesome cousin Jenny, and this year, with her new baby boy and hubby. In the last two years, it’s a little harder as I think about my very special Aunt Linda, who passed away. She made Thanksgiving so wonderful and I miss her so much. We are spending our last Thanksgiving in her and my uncle’s house before he sells it in the spring. It will definitely be a hard year, but I look forward to sharing memories of her around the table and just being together.
